I have had all the same trouble trying to track my recorded delivery letters, it cost me £15 I can barely afford to send them and they are all still showing as 'being processed through our delivery network'. Bloody useless! :?

laffey,I have had the EXACT problem with track and trace. One letter going just 2 miles down the road to magistrates court has still never been delivered 8 weeks later.Does anyone know if Royal Mail and the courts ARE in cohoots with each other? I think they are. I could have hopped backwards on one leg dragging a Fiat Panda to the court and delivered it quicker :D Cheers guys :D

Yeah Andrew I've enquired about this.Normal postage [any] is deemed as SERVED.After all that's what THEY consider served to us,so the same applies in reverse. However,by us using recorded delivery,we can track the delivery AND print out a copy of the signature of whoever signed for it,all put together in a nice file, lovely. So no-body can dispute it.Cheers bro :D
