I've just found out my partner has debts, that's not true really I thought she had too many cards but was balancing them.

I've just found a bailiff turned up at the door n the 27th, what do I do?

I don't know what the debt is for, she says she doesn't know but I'm dreading tomorrow

Hi ceylon,

Its about a dvla fine for £80 that she argued, its now over £1,000!!!

She didnt know it was going to court and even though she was arguing it and letters crossed here, the dvla pushed it ahead. She has been told to make a statutory declaration at the local court. Just want to try to get something sorted out today.

I saw the videos a few weeks ago - great job, funny but addresses a serious issue that would scare the crap out of most people.

I have downloaded the open notice to send http://www.getoutofdebtfree.org/Bailiffs but down the bottom it says YOUR SIGNATURE
So i guess she signs this but it then says Sovereign Common Name and then Authorised Agent and Representative for UPPERCASE FULL NAME.

Not sure what to put in any of these?

Also these people have a fax number, so should I fax them the letter??
