Sending letter 3 copyright out today to both barclaycard and vanquis. All gone quiet since I sent letter 1, but I know they will try anything so I wont hold my breath.Phone calls have gone down to 2 daily. Will keep everyone informed as to how my experience goes with this. Thanks for all the support so far especially ceylon.Ill do a seperate thread for barclaycard.

Hi Ceylon . I received a letter from IMPACT ATTACHED BELOW . Letter states monies owed to vanquis etc. Then after letter 3 copyright sent out on the 7/04/12 i receive one from 1st credit on be half of vanquis etc.,attached below.Vanquis themselves havnt written to me since 3rd letter bar a statement.
Can I bill vanquis for the statement and 1st credit letter.Or do I start with 3 letter process to impact and 1st credit and treat them individually,any suggestions would be appreciated thanks.

Hi to all ,Just an after thought about the 3 letter process, Ive sent the ORIGINAL letters(stamped/sealed/thumbprint etc) to the banks/creditcard companies/dca etc , I kept a coloured copy of these.A bit late now I know , but I could still start over the process If I need to lol.
1: Should the coloured copies have been sent instead and I kept the originals.

Update- treating impact and 1st credit seperate both on letter 2 now. Vanquis are now in tacit, all mail delivered but no reply / acknowledgement from vanquis just the normal statement you get monthly as a matter of course. Will keep posted.
Checked with royal mail regards impact and current status is they are being redirected.
