I am currently in the process of sending off my first letters on behalf of someone to Citibank and HSBC.
I noticed on the most recent statements from these corporations, (in Australia) the names aren't in all caps anymore!!
Does anyone know whether this changes the game plan now? Or whether it is irrelevant and business as usual?
Also has anyone dealt with HSBC or Citibank in Australia or in their own country recently? If so how did you go? Court threats? Does anyone think the amount that you 'owe' is relevant or it doesn't matter?
Any info would be much appreciated!
Thanks in advance!

Business as usual as far as ALL Caps or no all caps. I dont think it can change anything, the status is still the same from their perspective.
I have been dealing with Citibank in Australia. Have not heard from them for a few months now. No letters, no statements, no calls, no dca.
