Hi,

Thanks for your hard work!

I have a couple of question's about filling out the letters.

1. In your sample letter there are 4 places at the top that say "Your Address", do I really repeat my address 4 times?

2. Also, at the bottom of the letter it says "Authorised Agent and Representative for", what do I put after this? My name in ALL CAPS?

no your address just may take up 3 or 4 lines ie
Joe: Smith
1 Your Street
Your Area
your Town
Post Code
