Collection managers name??

I have recieved a letter from the manager of the lloyds tsb collection centre, PO box 487, BN1 4GY, asking for info to calculate a pro-rata payment.
The name of the manager is not on the letter, just a squiggle signature.
Do I need his/her name to 'cc' the letters to, or will 'collection centre manager' do?
If I do need the name does any one know it?
