How to Invoice

Sorry i need a invoice for dummy's page.. I have sent all 3 letters down the copyright procedure, I'am using the invoice from the templates, i have received a letter before i have sent the estoppel notice, so i understand i send a invoice for 1 (1 charge), and 3 (1 charge), on the template letter, but not sure about No 2,,,, Thanks in advance
