Hi anyone,
We have had numerous phone calls from an 0845 No. I haven't answered most of them but sometimes I have listened and they have asked for my husband to which I reply what is it regarding, they dont want to talk to me so I say I cant help them and put the phone down. I have checked the tel no and they are a debt collecting company for which I have sent the 3 lts. Do I wait for them to stop calling before I send the estoppel or do I still send Estoppel after 30 days of the 3rd ltr to them.
Any help most appreciated,thanks.

if they are contacting you then you cant send the estoppel i would bill them
