Stoney, what date are you using on the stamp and seal for a regular letter. I've gotten (or inferred) two different answers from Ceylon. Thanks.

Thanks. It seems like the stamp, thumbprint (or tm stamp) and signature (By: John-Joseph: Doe) are the most important elements to the stamp and seal set up.

I'm going to stop worrying about this and get my letters out now.

just somthing else my aim is not make money out of the banks etc my aim is to get proof of contract but i will say this bills of 8 mill went to the bank it was swiftly passed on to 2 dc it seems after sending copyright notice and fee schedule one of the dc has backed down as they havent written in 2 weeks the other did and just got a bill for over 1 mill we will see what they do
at worst what can happen u end up in court so what they still got no contract which they must give me or they got no case there is so many things they have done wrong harrasing letters phone calls etc breach of data act making false claims not supply me with what i requested the copyright is working for me and the letters thats what counts ive got over 40 thousand in so called contracts its been over 9 mnths and no court yet and if it does happen and they have all the paperwork they will still get nothing as ive tied up so they cant maybe u should do the same court is just a corperate metting and ill tell the judge he has no autherity in this coperate meeting and walk out its a game and its how u play if y r afraid u r going to lose everything dont play the game and give in to the scum and lick there ass maybe the question u should be asking is has anyone been taken to court over unsecured loan who has there name copyrighted its not about u screwing them its about them not screwing u :)

the confusion comes because others confuse copywrite agreement and letters.
copywrite agreement is the date you copywrite your name and this stays the same on your copywrite notice all the time.

on the letters the date is the date you have on your letter so if your sending it (one of the letters)on 14/05/2012 thats the date you put on it if your sending it another date then what ever the date is.
