Postby Mickym » Mon Apr 30, 2012 12:42 pm

Ah well the first letter is off today to a named person (only printed not signed) and the address is in chelmsford as it's under the heading, but the registered office is in Aintree, :?

had TSB CC phoning like nutters (had some fun with them) but they won't give me an address or a contact person so I can send my letter 1 to them.. only had 1 letter from them so far with a squiggle that I can't make out...

hi lyn

just sent my second letter and recieved just now a responce to the first, with nothing etc about addressing the points in letter 1..

how I have done it; is address the letter to the person who has sent the first letter... bet it's the same person as their name has come up in discussion with others.

when it is printed out I signed it in red Ink and sent it recorded delivery...

this is the address I sent it too, make sure that you send all letters to the same person, as I can't make out who sent this reply letter as it's just a squiggle.

mr/mrs xxxx?
Arrears Manager,
Collection Department,
Sandringham House,
Sandringham Avenue,

hope this helps i'm sure that others made be able to explain it better..
