Asking for my salary details, despite me telling them I only receive benefits!! Well, letter 1 will hit them all today so I shall have to take it a step at a time and try to remain strong.
Thanks again

You are welcome.
As you will become aware their letters are designed to cause fear, they do this method because they get away with it. The letters are not legally binding-do not give them anything-do not fall into the trap of giving them "Joinder"
definition, JOINDER:
n. 1. The act of joining. 2. Law. a. A joining of causes of action or defense in a suit. b. A joining of parties in a suit. c. Formal acceptance of an issue offered.
Basically, they are trying to force you to accept their offer.
Now that you have sent off Letter 1 the power starts to return to you and the fear starts to recede. Take note of what the experienced members tell you and be careful to eradicate any errors, go through your letters with a fine tooth comb.
