This is a new route I haven't seen before. I had a Mobile Phone Acc with Vodafone which I had been unable to pay and after harassing me they said they would hand it over to Debt Collectors which I said "ok up to you" then I got a Letter from FPC Debt Collection, I sent the usual letter and got no reply until I received the following today.

Has anyone else been in this situation before? And if so can you offer any advice ?
