Hi Darrell,

Thanks for all the updates you have been putting up on this thread, as a fellow newbie it's very good information to learn from :)

With the bailiff problem can't you have a denial of access up on your private propery and also send one to the bailiffs company? Also let them know that there is a fee schedule which you will be enforcing should they trespass and let them know you will arrest anyone who trespasses!!

Good luck with your journey and hope things work out with you and your wife :)

you need to have it struck out as you never had a chance to defend it

lol i dont live there anymore so they aint getting too much anyway its just the wife and son still do and i dont want them getting the crap from it all.think that will stop em in there tracks as thats just what shes gonna tell em.i just dont understand the bit where they have the charging order as ive said in earlier posts but out of the blue this comes and they can send balliffs round too so lets just suppose they took the car and sold it for £5k,if the house sold then they will get another £9k on the charging order making £14k paid to them for a £9k order! anyway ive got till tomorow to pay the £9k or the boys are coming to get me lol.

Hi Darrell

I have just read your entire storey which I found very emotional. As a Newbie,I hope you are finding a solution, getting it set aside hopefully. I also sincerely hope that you new found relationship with your wife continues to blossom, if that is what you desire. What I dont understand is - what was different about this Santander case? the others seem to have been stopped by the 3 letter etc, or didnt fancy going to court. Why has this one gone all the way and not the others do you think?

I wish you all the luck in the world.
