Update:
Fredrickson - Letter dated 14 Dec - referring
that we are no longer instructed in connection with this matter

This letter could be billed for as they are already in tacit but I'll wait 30days from 14 Dec and then send the estoppel with the bill to save postage

Cap One - standard letter dated 9 Dec - same old same old - I'll bill them and include it with the estoppel which will be posted 30days after 9 Dec

A letter send out 21 Dec from CREDIT SOLUTIONS LIMITED; a new kiddie on the block for me :o 'Acting as agents for Cap One' and this bunch will be getting a fresh copy of letter1 sent out very soon

So:
The Fredrickson letter was addressed to 'Mr X Y' and then 'Dear Mr Y'.......does this warrant 2 © or ™ infringements :?: (to be shortly billed at £1000000 each unauthorised use!)
The Cap One letter was addressed 'X....Y....' and then 'Dear Sir'; guessing this is only the 1 © or ™ infringement, but still billed at £1000000!

Oddly, I'm beginning to enjoy the game now 8-)

Too much flavoured fluids over the festive period and I forgot to include a blank copy of my user agreement in letter1 to Credit Solutions Ltd

They will get a copy with letter2 8-)

Brain stall :? should I also send a blank copy of my copyright notice?

Well, had another reply from credit solutions regarding my letter1.....just as letter2 goes out Monday ;)

Hmm, it seems they want me to jump into this £1 mullarkie....heard that somewhere this is a trick into contract? Not that I'm worried in the slightest as letter2 goes out Monday; this time with the user agreement and with letter2 being a colour photocopy

notice how they call your letter a complaint even though it states in the letter DO NOT TREAT THIS AS A COMPLAINT. hahaha

After getting letter3 last week, another reply landed, unfortunately, they do not agree to the terms setout in it and they will not be actioning my invoice request.
They then go on to confirm that this is their final response in this matter and should I wish to escalate my complaint I must do so in 6mths

My estoppel goes out to Fredrickson on Monday too, they've been totally quiet as they've handed it back to Cap One. Cap One will also be getting it soon......with a bill as they sent a letter out after we got into tacit

Update:
CSL have had letter3 and are now in tacit, Fredricksons are in tacit and have the estoppel, Cap One's estoppel goes out this week unless something arrives from them.

CSL sent another worthless letter 09/02.......there is a bill coming your way  Looks like they have confirmed where I reside and with me ignoring this letter I@m likely to get some more.......might be chargeable too
