Another update:
Fredrickson's are still quiet 8-)
Cap One has there estoppel goes this week (forgot to print last week!) together with this bill; I've had two letters since they landed in tacit and both addressed to MR XXXXX but then 'Dear Sir/Madame' - can anyone comment on it please?

Also received a letter from CSL, with the mighty offer of a 50% reduction on my account - sorry CSL, but still not settling anything  Strangely enough and almost spooky - I had the same amount offered on the 8th Mar 2011

If the bill looks ok to people, CSL will be getting one very soon

Update:
Got a new type of letter this morning.......not a standard envelope but one like some payslips with the 'rip off' edges. This letter was off another DCA - Power2Contact - and they state that they've been instructed to visit my address to collect the debt.
Strangely though, they operate out of the very same place as Credit Solutions do.......they are Credit Solutions

Now, I have Credit Solutions in tacit, do I start the letter process with this 'new' outfit or not?

Any advice about adding a 'notice of removal of implied right of access' with letter 1, or should it be sent separately?

Righty oh
Sent letter1 to Power2Contact with a denial of access and user agreement. I got home today to find a letter from CSL; referring to my letter to P2C, thanks guys, this one is chargeable  The content of this letter is the usual bollox but it does state that
please note that this will now be our final response in this matter
You'll still be getting letters 2 and 3 regardless!

Cap One have gone over on their payment date....here's another bill heading your way too 8-)

They advise that they have not entered into any such agreement with me - but have entered into a tacit agreement.......I'm guessing that this is now my game with them

Letter2 goes out to Power2Contact on Monday.

I will soon be starting the journey with Barclaycard :D

Hello again
All three are in tacit and two have estoppel. Things are pretty quiet 8-)

Got home from work yesterday to be greeted with another letter, but this time from ScotCall. I had my one and only letter from Scotcall in early June last year........this letter is exactly the same apart from their reference number; letter1 and user agreement together with a denial of access will be popped in the post on Monday to these shitehouses too

I've finally got my ANRRTS labels sorted so will go down the 3letter process with Scotcall but start steaming open all 'odd' letters from now on (if anyone wants a couple sheets of avery L7183 stickies then let me know as I bought 100 sheets and not 100 labels as I expected  FOC to you lot)

It gets better and better 8-)

Got home this evening to find another letter, from Scotcall, containing a scanned copy of my letter1 sent to them. Their letter states that they no longer dealing with this account and that it has been returned to their client - Credit Solutions Ltd

Just to keep my side in order; letter2 goes out next week; like it or not
