Confused about sending a letter

I guess I'll just neatly write in "FIA Credit Services" in the cc section of a copy of the signed Letter 1 and send off certified.

I'm uncertain about timing. The first cc letter to FIA is going to go out a few days before Letter #2 needs to be sent out to all the bank players.

Can the second cc letter to FIA (as part of Letter #2) be sent along with the other Letter #2 correspondence (on the original 10 day schedule) or do I need to wait 10 days from the time the first cc letter for FIA is sent out before I can send the 2nd cc letter out for FIA?
