CEO question for Citibank/Citigroup

The alleged debt is for a Citibank card, "issued and serviced by Citibank, N.A." The CEO of Citibank is Gene McQuade.

Citibank, N.A. of course is part of the bank, Citigroup, Inc. The CEO of Citigroup is Vikram Pandit.

Corporate address is same for both CEOs.

My obvious question: Which CEO I should be sending the letters? One or both?
