Oaths of orifice for solicitors and lawyers

Postby Einherjar » Fri May 04, 2012 3:11 pm

Hello all,

Does anyone here know what oaths solicitors, lawyers and barristers etc have to take to be able to 'practice law'? If so, where do they swear it and can one have one of these people 'struck off' so to speak for breaking it?

Thanks in advance.

they don't take oaths,

but you could write a statement and ask them to swear and sign that the information in the statement is either true or not.
(you can accept a judges oath, oaths should always be accepted and acknowledged otherwise it has no validity)

perhaps they have a performance bond that might be of more use.

Thanks for that.

I am currently dealing with a lawyer acting on behalf of another company (American Express) who are trying to steal money from me through fraud and extortion. I told this lawyer over the phone he is committing fraud and extortion and he didn't deny it which surprised me. I'd love to get him 'struck off' or whatever happens to his lot when they go bad. If he's trying to do it to me he'll certainly be doing it to others.

Hello all,

I've since found out that even though this particular class of criminal (lawyer) doesn't take an oath of office as such (other than the oath they presumably make in court) they can be efectively barred from practising 'law' if their names are removed from a register of authorised people. I incorporated this (in a fashion) into a notice I sent to Cabot in their latest criminal endeavours with me.

Cabot Financial Notice

They'll only have received it today so I'm waiting for the fur to fly. I know they won't like it because I based my argument on logic and morality, something these parasites, Cabot and other DCA's lack. I was tempted to say that any legal professional who tried to defend their case if they provide no proof will have a forced career change where they'll most likely be required to use the phrase: "Do you want fries with that?" :P

Do let me know if any of you have any luck in getting one barred :P
