Hi there
can anyone advise as to how i should treat drydenfairfaxes solicitors letter to me advising me of their instruction by the Department of Work and Pensions to recover an unpaid loan.
my confusion lies in that the usual process of a debt collection agency not been involved and that it has gone straight to the solicitors. Have they bought the debt? i am assuming this is the case as they are asking for payment to be made to their office and not the DWP office.
any help much appreciated
