Ihave a leasehold property [no mortgage ] and the freeholder who cannot produce a contract with thier signature as they took over the freehold in 2005 [are they exempt from having a wet signature and just claim i am in a binding contract ???????? with them also they cant produce anything with my wet signature either]
anyway they are taking me to court for possession of my property for a debt less than one hundred pounds i did pay before our next visit in court ..which took place last week ,
i have just found out with tangible evidence that someone close by on my developement and another else where who owe thousands one of whom got a ccj and the other is being purseud by a debt collector and yet BECAUSE I PUT THE SOLICITOR IN HIS PALCE PREVIOUS AND THE FREEHOLDER THEY HAVE BROUGHT THIS VEXATIOUS CLAIM AGAINST ME .
This new info i only just got from lets say a whistleblower HURRAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY WHICH i am now sending to all parties concerned for an explanation .
They were also???????????????????????????????? using a ccj brought against me by another??????????? entity to boost their claim against me
this is THE PRICE YOU PAY FOR STANDING UP AND NOT LYING DOWN TO THESE ABHORENT CREATURES
LETS SEE HOW THEY EXPLAIN THEMSELVES !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

pps an observation the rep for the solicitors seemed to come out of a back office in our last hearing an area that can only be used by COURT STAFF . WHEN THIS REALISATION DAWNED ON ME i went to the 'court ' ??? and had this confirmed by a security guard i didnt tell him why i was asking though he was confused about my question
me thinks looking back that he had met with the district judge prior to our hearing and this i will be putting to the judge and the solicitors , i know maybe i shouldnt.......perhaps but why not i have a right to full disclosure and to show them i am nobodys fool and never will be ......................takecare all
