My husband has received a letter from capquest offering for him to make a final payment of £863.81 significantly lower than the £1217 owed. They state that if this settlement isnt taken then should the litigation process be intigated and a judgement is granted they will seek an order of court, it goes on to say that they will obtain a warrant of execution and a bailiff will come to our home to carry out the warrant. Any advise on a reply to this please they want an answer by tomorrow.....
