5K Barclaycard Challenge

Postby arklst1976 » Wed Feb 15, 2012 6:12 pm

Hello all,
Having done the process with a few smaller debts (and had satisfactory results), I am now taking a punt at nailing a 5K Barclaycard bill.
Any tactics I should expect?
I'm reading the threads on this section so should pick some up.

Yes I hope they do send me that...it'd be a cracking defence against a claim. :)

I was doing a little brainstorming. What if when you do receive that letter, accept it by signing their letter with the conditions for only the paragraph that states, that they accept your fee schedule. Have someone else sign as a witness. That just might work. Anyone else have any thoughts. Maybe, write an affidavit stating what you accept in the letter and what you don't, and send it back to them. Don't forget to thank them. Banks suck. Go get em! FEAR NO ONE!

Did you every get a letter accepting your fee schedule? I still haven't received one of those. How's everything going with your letters? Did you get any debts taken care of? I only have my home and school loan left, and am still in the process of getting rid of those too. Then, I will some how figure out how to do the A4V Process perfectly. FEAR NO ONE!!

Got letter from them today...apparently they sent proof of my obligation of debt last year....errrrrr no, B'Card, you sent a copy of a credit agreement, and have not got the original.
