Postby frarnie » Fri Feb 17, 2012 3:04 pm

hello everyone...i've just received a letter from barclaycard saying that they are informing me that i am not in tacit agreement with them...i am thinking that they maybe right in saying so as i cannot check the first letter i sent to them because i didn't take a hard copy and i cant find the file on my computer...has anyone else received this letter? do you think i should start the process again? it was very nice of them to let me know eh? barclaycard have always been very nice about things...bless them!

Hey Frarnie, resend the 1st letter pal, but keep photocopies of it and proof of postage. That cuts out whether they're lying or not, as it's letter no1, no harm done. Make sure you keep photocopies of all 3, as pc's can crash bro. Don't believe a word THEY say bro. Peace my friend x

hey guys..me again...i've just been through all my paperwork to see why i do not have them in tacit...do you need to send the estoppel before you have them in tacit? i haven't done that yet and i already sent them a bill...is this why they wrote to inform me that i wasn't in tacit with them? i'm hoping someone will be around to help soon! thanks in advance...peas and freedom...x

hello people...

i hope ur all doing well and smiling on this fine day...i find myself in a dilema again and i am hoping that someone will have the time to explain a couple of things to me...

following on from my original post...

i did not send the 3 letters to barclaycard again, after they wrote and said that i do not have them in tacit agreement...not sure if that was a good move as they have now sent a default notice for the full amount and they have set credit solutions onto me, that's after calders and mercers, who have now left me alone as i believe i do have those in tacit...i know i should now get credit solutions into tacit, i have compiled the 1st letter already but should i start again with barclaycard and make sure i get them into tacit too???

also, i am thinking of sending all my creditors letters back to them unopened with the not known label attached...is this a good idea???

thanks in advance...

frarnie...
