Hi I sent letter 1 (copyright) on the 13/03/12, to CEO of barclaycard and incuded the name of the person who wrote to me in the CC section.
I haven't sent a letter yet (as unfortunately I've been ill) to the cc named on above original Sealed etc letter. My two questions are
1. do I need to start again or just send a CC now to the name added above in the CC section and wait at least 10 days inclusive
2. does the CC of original letter 1(sent to ceo), need to be in colour to the name mentioned in CC section of letter 1 above.
Apologies in advance if not clear.

I need to send one to Abbey/ santander as well so want to get it as right as I can. Thankyou everyone

My question 1 sorry wasnt very clear, Ive already posted the ceo letter on 13/03/12 but hadnt included the CC. Can it be posted seperately or do I need to start again, thanks Ceylon.
