I could never get the name of the CEO so I kept addressing it to the one named on my letters Deirdre Doherty/ODonnell. They get to where they need to go anyway.Best of luck with the process, I have been going since 30th August 2011 and feel completely empowered and more in charge of my life since then. Its amazing the trouble these parasite go to, in the last few montsh they have phoned consistently -AT CERTAIN TIMES OF THE MONTH ONLY- including phoning my (and partners) workplace. I have instructed my work colleagues that I am not allowed to take PERSONAL calls at work. This works but it can be a bit embarrassing. best of luck
