Can I ask if there are any templates available for a promissory note? I got one from Veronica Chapman but it mentions Strawman, so we have to say "I Miss...." which is then giving them legal standing isn't it? It also requires it to be signed by a member of the notary public so it'd be great to be able to see a sample.

I have a feeling that the companies involved do check the forums for updates. I got a reply the day after posting the Notice and prom note and i had sent a 2nd class letter recorded. I think i better trace the letter to see when it was signed for.
And if you are reading this British Gas, please don't waste anymore money sending me letters because i have already paid you PAID YOU DOUBLE.
