I don’t get what do you mean by oil pulling but one thing I only know is the benefits of coconut oil. Coconut oil has been shown to reduce the risk of heart attack, primarily because of the saturated fat that it contains.

oil pulling is basically holding the oil in ur mouth for about 20 mins swishing it around your mouth do not gargle or swallow it
