yes normal, if they dont contact you dont do anything. chances are they will pass it on to a debt collector then you use debt collector letters till they stop if they contact you after letter 3 bill them

well its been awhile since i updated on here and well here we go ive now sent the 3 letters to barclays for my account and my loan and have been sent a letter from barclays saying they have reviewd my complaints and have decieded that they have no questions to answer and that i still owe them the money. they sent me a print out of my original loan contract and a copy of that months account details wen the money went in. they have also now closed my bank account(good). at the end of the letter they said i have eight weeks to get in touch with them (i presume to come to some kind of deal). What i need to know now is wot is my next step. do i just wait it out n see wot happens or is there sumthing else i shud do. any help would be gratefully recieved thanx in advance.

Sit back and relax 8-)
Read all the information you can find, get your DCA letter template sorted(guess they'll be next  ) and sort out a denial of access to go with their letters.
Sit back and relax some more :D :D :D

wow quicK responses their thanx. ive been wondering about this, i read up on the baliffs section best to be prepared and it says to go out a back route to see the baliffs but i live in a flat and have only one entrance to my home so i was wondering wot advice anyone would have, because i wont be able to go out and carry out the advice as they would then get access so any ideas on this would be gud. and my loan debt has already been passed on once to barclays own debt collection agency i did the 3 letters and thats wen i recieved the last letter from them saying i had 8weeks to pay them(DREAM ON BARCLAYS) . so ill sit it out and bill them wen i recieve anymore letters n see where this takes me. thanx everyone it really does help to talk!

they will withdraw your facilities and "terminate" your "agreement" and try telling you that the outstanding balance need to be paid immediately. however, if they have terminated the agreement, then you don't have to pay as the agreement is no longer in place! they're idiots!!
