paying off a ccj by installments

Postby FIGHTTHEM5 » Tue Apr 03, 2012 2:26 pm

hello

have got a ccj against me - went through court and lost - no surprises there!

now the claimant has written and offered to accept a certain amount and if i cannot afford that - then i need to fill out their income and exp form etc etc

am a bit worried about this as i thought only a judge can make you do this? plus why cant they just accept that i cannot afford the amount they are asking - by me just telling them that. what good is the form - because i could just make it all up anyway?

should i fill it out do you think or is that a daft thing to agree to?

can they use it against me?

thank you everyone

Hi,

Why have you let it go to court ? Whats it for? Did'nt you use the letters?

And now you have a CCJ.....I still would'nt agree to pay anyone anything.

its gloucester and it all happened before i found this site and the letters etc!

i fought it tooth and nail but got railroaded and now cabot have got ccj

got to pay x amount per month now and dont know what else i can do as i know they will be after charging order if i dont cough up

already got the ccj and interim charging order set aside last summer - but they carried on an got me to court and then there rest is history

the judge was an utter plank and just listened to their side - he was only a deputy and didnt know the law at all

i couldnt fight them in the end so here i am......
