About to send letter 1

Hello,

I've just donated a small amount and now have access to the DCR letters and have a few more questions if you guys don't mind.

Firstly, Lowell Portfolio has given up and now its Lowell Red Debt collection...

Should I send the letters to both companies or Just red debt now?

In the latest letter Red Debt (Kevin Allmark Collections Manager) say they will be obtaining a copy of my credit file in order to work out how to make me pay...

on the DCR letter - What name should i put in the 'CC' heading? (Thinking Andrew Bartle)

and at the end of the letter it says : By:'peter-jacob' Sovereign of the family: 'hector'
Authorised Agent and Representative for (is that how to fill in that part?

and at the end of the letter its states 'they have assigned you agency' -spelling error, should it be your agency?

Well its originally my letters were from Andrew Bartle of Lowell Finacial Portfolio. Now I have ONE letter from Red Debt Collection Services (Another branch/company of the Lowell Finacial)

Just not sure which one or both to send the letters too. Want to get them off today!

Never heard of the red debt colelction one.

if its a in house one I would send it to Andrew Bartle, your first point of contact. But saying that his on all Lowell Letters.

That letter to Lowell will get passed on I am sure. If its a in house collection then they always pass it on.

finish the process with lowell and start a fresh with red they are in house but pretend to be seperate so treat them as that address it to who ever sent you the letter, you may also get one from hampsons solicitors just in house monkeys again deal with them the same

Okay, I haven't actually sent any letters to lowell yet, so I'm going to send both of them now (red and lowell).

Should I write: Peter christopher of the family: Forest OR Peter-Christopher: Forest

Not sure if theres any difference of not, but don't want to mess everything up with the first letter....
