long story short got hfc bank in tacit + about 9 bills lol and estoppel now have these lot wanting money lol has anyone delt with these???? would the debt letters be right for these?

Yes use the DCA letters, you may want to reduce the time between letters to get them in tacit before May dead line, do'nt forget to change on letters if you do

Changed to 5 days on letters and going to send all special delivery so one will get there tomorrow....they should get the 3rd letter on the 1st lol so on the dead line they will be in tacit

sent them letter 1 be special delivery but they went to deliver it at 08:20 im the morning lol to which they wasnt in, so got it being delivered on tuesday......when the next letter is due to be sent lol

ive sent letter 1 via special delivery twice now and both times f**king royal mail have delivered before 9am (like a solicitors is going to be open before 9!!!) even tho it's a before 1pm delivery!!!!!!!
could i send letter 1 with letter 2 and it still be ok?

Sorry forgot to update this, rang the royal mail office that was delivering it and had a mone to them. Half hour l8er it was delivered
