BARCLAYCARD crdit card

Hi Ceylon . I received a letter from mercers debt collections ltd attached below offering to pay 2 of my payments no mention of barclaycard . Then after letter 3 copyright sent out on the 7/04/12 i receive one from calder financial legal debt recovery with no date on it stating barclaycard as their client. Barclay card themselves havent written to me since 3rd letter bar a statement.
Can I
1:bill barclay card for the letter from calder
2:treat calder as seperate and start with 3 letter process to them
3:can I carry on with estoppel after 30 days or do mercers/calder letters mean it starts again ,any suggestions would be appreciated thanks.

I have 3 query regards estoppl , if you can assist thanks.
1:Sent 3rd letter barclaycard credit card so its 30 days for estoppell unless I receive any type of correspondence, even if letters from barclaycard not containing anything ive asked for.
2:I have a barclays unauthorised overdraft and so I receive a letter from barclays, is barclays and barclaycard to be treated separately regards estoppell.
3:I mean every time i get a letter from barclay regards overdraft does this delay estoppell on my barclaycard letters.

just an update sent letter 2 to mercers and calders today

just an update sent debt collector letter 2 to mercers and calders today , and barclaycard are now in tacit having had their 3rd bank letter so. I'm billing barclaycard at end of month if broke tacit if not then ill send estoppel if nothing received. Treating mercers and calder as totally seperate.

barclaycard will be billed at end of may

update.barclaycard on second bill.mecers and calder have not replied to 3rd letter so should be in stoppell if no reply by june 22nd , if reply they will be billed .
