no you dont bill them after letter 3 unless they contact you after letter 3 then they have broken your agreement then you can bill them

Thats what I thought I had said Ceylon lol. He was talking about bills I thought it obvious if they don't contact him he doesn't bill only bill them if they do.
I wrote my previous post while on the pavement via I-phone so was trying to get the info in as less words as possible.

i had been getting phonecalls 3 times a day, every day but they must have received the third letter as they stopped a couple of days ago...not one of them have broken the tacit agreement yet, one of them is writing to me in my name with no title...

i have another issue now which is weighing on my mind...i will need to throw in my credit card where i have my current account soon and i have read on here that they are allowed to take money from your account to cover the payments...does anyone know if that even applies when you are only getting benefits paid in? x

yes and no
you will need a letter from dwp to say it is for your living only and they will not take any a better way is to open a account with some bank not connected with yours and get it payed there

thanks ceylon...how can i find out who owns these banks? so i dont end up banking with one of my creditors...i tried for a new one a couple of months ago and only lloyds would entertain me...what do you think of lloyds? am i safe banking with them? x
