Barclay Card Automated Caller

Postby chrisw10 » Sat Apr 21, 2012 10:17 am

I refuse to speak with BC's automated caller, it can't even pronounce my name correctly!

"this is an important message for Christoff, if you are Christoff please press 1", well my name is not christoff you idiot so call dropped!!

And stop calling me at 8.30pm !!!!!

I'm sure they will write soon.

I do telecom stuff so know you need to spell things fon et ic alley for automated text to speech to work best which is impossible on variable stuff like names so technically you're spot on, that's not you so hang up!

I run a small call recording service and an automated reminder call service, I'm thinking I could make money out if debt collectors by selling the technology to them, they're getting nothing from me in terms of payments but I'm happy to provide them with a service and get paid for it.

Play the game, too right and on both sides as I want to get money from DCA's because I'd find that piss funny to have them as clients. I might not respect them but I'll have their cash!
