Ok, that's number 2. I'll get rid of my number 1 in that case.

Thank you,

Are you sure you have only spent a total of one hour dealing with this bank since you started? how many letters have you written? how many have they sent you, each one is sent or received on a different day and so if you charge £1,000 per hour or part of then you need to rack up the figure. : After all the word nunc per tunk means now from then so that means from the beginning :P

Nice 1, cheers! Yeah, I am trying to get to grips with the latin and legalese lingo. It's all a bit of a learning curve at the moment...

First Bill sent 05 April 2012...

Second Bill due to be sent tomorrow (a bit behind).

Received the attached letter from Barclays shortly after, dated 06 April 2012.

Still haven't received a cheque from Barclays despite billing them twice, although they have written to me (on 6/4/12) saying that I have informed them that I am receiving 3rd party debt advice (I haven't informed them of anything of the sort). Do I bill them again and keep racking up the charges or make a claim? I haven't been able to send the estoppel to them yet as I have not had 30 clear days of no contact (are they deliberately preventing me from sending the estoppel?).

Any advice?
