Thanks Rob. The Police were present when the vehicle was taken and I asked them if my daughter could report it as stolen and if it would be treated as a crime, they said yes (I have this on video). My daughter called the Police as soon as she got home from college. As soon as she said her name, the operator said 'oh, yes, that's a civil matter' and put the phone down on her.
Are you living in fear of Banks and Debt Collectors letters and phone calls? Do you worry about Bailiffs visiting your home?
