i noticed they say they will take me to court in nat wests name or on their behalf but this letter clearly says natwest sold the alleged debt to capquest ,something seems not right here ?what do you guys think im a little confused but i think somethings not right here here? i have more on this case on another thread ,i just realized this is the company that says it has no contract with me? i think the other post that has more info on it is just titled capqueshttp://www.getoutofdebtfree.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=50&t=29549&start=10,but if they bought the debt then tell me they have no contract with me ,then tell me they are gonna have the company who used to own the debt sue me ? how does that work?

Just stick to the process and bill them for every contact they have with you i sent them a notice with my bill and will send another 1 about legal proceedings if they contact me again without payment threaten them like they threaten you i cobbled this together from other peoples letters i've seen you can make own or use this and dont worry about capquest

thank god for you guys i was starting to get worried i was in unknown territory on my own just getting a lil input and advice makes all the difference, gang im gonna do that mate ,what do you guys think about carlos' letter would i be pushing them into action or scare them off ? by the way i got a new letter today ill post it see if that gives any clue of their intentions ,,also im still billing after every contact xx

That old sham others have been using to entice monies, I could do that i.e. Possible senario: - I purchase a £10.000 alledged debt for say £ 500.00, I threaten legal proceedings against you, - then when you do not bite I send a 60% discount to you, still making myself a profit, then possibly 70% discount, if no joy sale the alledged debt on. Keep Billing them.
