Are the letters applicable in the US courts?

Do the US courts recognize the red signature, and if so under what law?

yes and yes but you will need to fight for it they will not just roll over and say dam you figured the scam out, plus i would try to acoid court if you can

My largest debt is a personal unsecured bank loan for under $5000, and some lessor amounts on cc. So, do I use the letters first and when/if I go to court use a flurry of motions?
How do I avoid court and even if they were to get a judgement, I have no assets, no income and live off food stamps.

in that case they will probably not try court as they would have nothing to gain but could get stung for a counter claim. you could just use the letters and see what happens
