Its for £1600 EDF Energy. Well when i went there in the morning he was inside the garage (he was ON the property), however, when i asked the employees if anybody had given him permission to come in, they said no, which is when i prompted him to read the notice at the front of the gates otherwise he would be commiting an offence. He read it, and i stated to him that hes now read the notice, and is still on our property... he then reluctantly decided to move off the property and said "im now off your property" (this is recorded on camera)... in which he then calls the police, who didnt attend!. i then tell him further that he has no access to our property, and said that im now assuming he accepts my notice as he was ignoring me (i confirmed this about 3 times, and everytime he remained silent on all counts, imo accepting the notice... he then sat in his car, we all went back in, and then he got out and posted a letter in the post box, which ive attached below... no paperwork etc was ever signed...
Ive prepared a notice of removal of implied rights, however ive done it slightly different. ive written it under my own sovereign name (not my bosses, as that would giving away the correct spelling of his name to the bailiffs), and have stated that the addressee is not recognised, and put underneath that im the authorised agent and represantative for the property of 31 first avenue etc etc.... i havnt sent it yet as im not sure what route to take now... however, my main aim is to simply not allow these sort of people on our premises, as the person theyre looking for is a non existing fictional entity (wrong name)
