I have a letter from Hamptons, cant find any of their directors, but if you do cc James Cornell as the chief executive of Lowells, do you have to send and actual other letter, addressed to him and if so doesn't this confuse everything and then you're dealing with (two) set of possible mail coming back and giving yourself - extra stress???

In this case the question is does the sender write Peter christopher of the family: Forest OR Peter-Christopher: Forest
Christopher being a given second name a birth or baptism I guess?
Ceylon says he would write Peter-Christopher: Forest (no mention) Peter Christopher of the family; ??
**Might be a good idea to have the letters as they change - To have the most up-to-date letters automatically on the site?
We ALL want to send the best, legally/lawfully accurate and most powerful letters!!

I’ve started to edit the top of the Debt letters to whoever they are when sending them,by just adding after NON-NEGOTIABLE Notice to Lowell Financial is Notice to all its Subsidiary’s Debt Collecting Companies.
Not sure if its the answer to cover all their in house departments, hope its the way,as we are all aware of the cost of recorded delivery letters to all these in house shysters departments all trying get payments
