Hi all

I am now fighting a alleged speeding offence please see video i have wrote a letter to them which basic'ly reflects the video i will let you all know how it goes!

Interesting that he didn't mention that The Road Traffic Act applies only to commercial activity on the roads. If you're travelling privately in your automobile you are not engaged in commerce so The Road Traffic Act has no jurisdiction over you as a private man or a woman

I agree 100% BUT, try breaking the speed limit, and they will DOOOOOO you my friend.

LIke so many things in this twisted world, How many times has someone been robbed or mugged, ( which is most definitely illegal ) and due to it being illegal they have stopped, almost none/ never. In other words the courts, police, councils, military all indulge in illegal activity daily but it does not stop them form carrying out their intent 99.9% of the time. Why? It’s because they are stronger and more powerful than you as an individual and they don’t give a hoot, they laugh in your face. They only get worried when there are 10s of thousands who stand up for each other, but even then they have methods and ways of deterring this from happening or stopping it. The majority accept their twisted contradictions and lies as they are programmed sheeple, they are fed brainwashing garbage, and are sidetracked to Coronation street, east Enders, sport, all an anaesthetic for the social brain. They indulge in propaganda, disinformation, the truth, part truths, lies, and all manner of games to confuse, disrupt, and disorientate everyone and anyone who attempts to seek the truth. They ridicule and generate waves of jokes and laughter toward those who try and wake up or voice their rights.
Yes your completely correct in your original statement about acts and speeding laws. But, they will do what they will anyway.

Now I am not sure if this is an urban myth or not, but the last poor guy who attempted to stand up for his lawful right, was put down for 18 months. Correct if that’s wrong !!

I don't know what the answer is. To me I can't let them win or let it go, but can't find a real and effective way to fight back, but to keep telling people whats going on and hope for something. Sites like this are a very good move, but we need more, what that more is, God knows! I am digging for that info gold but have not found it yet.


And the occasional individual who comes across some real diamonds of proof or information which blows this whole global banking scam crap wide open, and their secret societies agendas, and what their up to. Very often is paid off, or meets with a very sad little accident, get the point. And all that keeps happening is East enders or some other rubbish which attempts to paint a picture of social normality (HA) We only have to see the the media hype of the so called Royal jubilee, Umm wander how much that cost the tax payers of the UK ? Sorry what a load a crap makes me feel like throwing up! Anyway it's broadcast and the heads all go back in the bag of brain washing G,M food , that’s if it’s ever reported!! Now they are trying to encourage the idea that almost any information you acquire from the internet is all laughable and suspect anyway, is full of freaks and nuts, and oddballs. What they don’t say is, that a good proportion of these idiotic things on the NET is posted by them to disrupt, in the first place. GAMES, GAMES, and more GAMES.

@ieman I've got some stuff on at the moment and will report back when it's complete. I never shout until the fat lady has finished her song. We're learning all the time. Just remember that there are no speed limits for the private man/woman they only apply to slaves.

Many thanks for your letter dated the 17/05/12 in regard to the alleged speeding offence.
Regarding this matter I will need the following confirmation and or evidence of the alleged offence. I cannot remember or confirm that I was the driver on the date stated in your notice. I have carried out due diligence in regard to who the driver may have been as I cannot and will not make a false statement to who was driving the vehicle at that time.

1. Copy of any photo of the said vehicle, which is indeed owned by the DVLA as I am just the registered keeper.
2. All relevant calibration dates of the road side speed camera (ie when was the speed camera last calibrated).
3. Any evidence that I was the driver at the time of the alleged offence.

I look forward to your reply in this matter and hope for a swift conclusion.

As for speeding tickets and Notice of intended prosecution the last one I got I sent back

I wrote in red ink in 2 lines from Bottom corner to top right corner of the actual document.

NO CONTRACT IN COMMON LAW ANY FURTHER CORROSPONDENCE WILL BE BILLED AT £1500.00 PER LETTER RECEIVED

This worked a treat for me, got it off another site and honestly I responded NO CONTRACT loads of times and they just kept sending them, so I sent this one and I got one single one they sent before they had received my no contract but I didn't get anymore since may and the original day I was speeding was in February so they couldn't even take to court now by their own rules.

I don't usually speed though they had changed the speed on the road from 40 to 30 and I was doing 40, was really angry cause I used to travel that road practically everyday. Caught one girl I my partner knows 3 times in one week cause she didn't realize they had changed it.

Well i got my Summons today looks like i am pleading not guilty as they could not supply all the evendence i asked for in my letter. The funny think is that that car was court speeding and pictured by a gatso fixed speed road side camera but they have sent me wet signed witness statements from a human being I didn't know they had very small people inside thows small yellow box's! I will be calling that witness!

it going to be interesting as i have never been to court.

good luck mate, all I can say is stay Calm, and be careful what you say to them, they are snakes! They need your Consent which they have never had. After all, it's Under the road traffic (ACT) ... and being freeman, you have the lawful right to travel using your own private transport up and down the country without Hindrance
