How Can I Get Out of Debt?

With a simple legislated debt solution you can consolidate all your debts into one lower, affordable monthly repayment. Make one set payment per month for a set period, and after the period expires any remaining debts left are legally written off. This can be up to 90% depending on your circumstances.

Barclay Loan / Resolve Loan

Tedjusant asked:

I took out a Barclay Loan ,then some time after found it difficult to pay back the monthly payments ,I got in touch with barclays and I agreed to transfere it over to a Barclay resolve Loan Which knocked about £90.00 of my monthly payments,

Just wondering if I should go for the two party signed contract clause , Which I know that there is not one ,Because they are throwing the Credit Consumer Act, Sect 7.7-7.8 , ” Do not have to send copy of original signed contract out “,

Is there any one out there that knows of this ( section ), 🙁

PS

I had a VANQUIS credit/debit card invitation to take out 1 of their cards , Harmed with the above information I checked the Credit Consumer Act pamplet that came with the card ,BUT the section 7.7-7.8 , was not on there, So I rang them up and asked where was the section 7.7-7.8 , and after a bit of yack they said they would call me back , I AM STILL WAITING DAYS LATER , Wow something I said. 😆
