DC using my Family name., its not TM.

DC using my Family name., its not TM.

Sorry ive posted this twice, hopefully someone has had a similar experience. I am about to send off my third letter, got a reply to my second, (moorcroft) which I can see is the usual speel looking at other letters here, so I havent posted it up. They are now using the "name of the family surname" on everything. I have copyrighted/trademarked my name in capitals, but how do I address this issue with them using this version of my name as it not a trademark. Thanks in advance.
