Wasn't it milihanov (probably spelt wrong), the premier of Tatarstan that was supposed to be the self announced mediator between Russia and Ukraine.
This fire could of course be a coincidence but it is a doozie!

Petrol, diesel. gas & electricity prices will no doubt tumble - they would never capitalise on a disaster now would they, so big reductions in fuel cost heading your way some time now
