How Can I Get Out of Debt?

With a simple legislated debt solution you can consolidate all your debts into one lower, affordable monthly repayment. Make one set payment per month for a set period, and after the period expires any remaining debts left are legally written off. This can be up to 90% depending on your circumstances.

Hello GOODF forum

Hi new member here…

I’m feeling a little out of my depth at the mo’ by the way :?(L-Plates) …

Need advice on how to get what debt my partner and myself find ourselves struggling with, in particular an overdraft with Natwest (amongst others) that we find ourselves unable to repay since a change to both our circumstances…

Advice on what exactly can be done would be much appreciated…

After a few more monthly overdrawn fees and letters asking us (joint account) to contact them (which we haven’t), just got a knock from someone representing natwest (didn’t answer), who dropped a card through the door addressed to my lass requesting her to contact natwest asap :(…

Should i be thinking about sending my first letter?

I’ve felt a little uneasy/reluctant TBH, lacking that bit confidence …

Any advice?…

Start when your ready read more in the forum and you will see many start like you and you can see them change and grow in confidence.

Hi ceylon

On having a second look at the card i binned earlier with the message “It is important that you call natwest within the next 24 hours to avoid further action”…

Seems whoever knocked was a representative of ‘power2contact’ …already passed to a DCA ❓
