hi im doing the 3 letters for the missus and in the 29th i had a sorry u were out card from royal mail
the card says theat it is a letter and i was just wondering if anyone has had a debt collector/solicitor/court e.c.t send a letter recorded signed for?
she is not expecting anything to be delivered and it is out the ordernary lol
yes they do this sometimes you could go down and see where it came from if you no the addressess of any that are chasing you and its from them just say no thanks but your choice
when and had a look today it was from provident to which i am doing the letters with so i just told them return to sender 😆
Not being argumentative but, in principle, how can you be sure they didn’t send you what you asked for if you didn’t accept the letter? Aren’t you giving them an out by refusing it?
They will never give me what i asked for as they cant give me it, and why wait untill after the 3rd letter to them and there in house debt collector and there solicitor if they have it??????
I was trying to think what legal argument there may be that you had refused to accept communication after you had asked for information. Of course they could never produce what you asked for but couldn’t your rejecting a letter give them grounds to contest your right to claim their acquiescence?
Just thinking this through, not criticising you 😀
I wouldnt of thort there would as you have a right to not accept any post dont we? but would intersting to see what people think
Had another recorded delivery letter again, this time in my name and not the other half name, was from bradford so at a guess it was from C.K. Edrupt so i refused it lol
got another sorry you were out card from royal mail………….. provident/C.K EDRUPT keep sending these, provident received there estoppel on the 12th and today (15th) i get these sorry you were out cards. im tempted to see what is in these but could it be a trick or anything? what could happen if i was to sign for them?
check the return address if its someone you know tell them you dont want it
